The Booking Process

From the first hello to the final portrait, my prayer is that your experience is smooth, supportive, and filled with joy. Here's how it works:

1. Reach Out

Use the contact form or send a message to let me know what type of session you're interested in. Feel free to include any vision or questions you have—I'd love to hear your ideas!

2. Select Your Package

I’ll help you choose the package that best fits your needs. Whether it's a portrait session, wedding, event, or a Blessing Bundle, I’ll make sure you understand what’s included and answer any questions before moving forward.

3. Reserve Your Date with a Retainer

Once we confirm your package and desired date, a retainer is required to reserve your session on my calendar:

Blessing Bundles (6 or 12 sessions):

100% payment is required up front to activate your bundle. This secures your priority scheduling throughout the year and unlocks the bundle savings.

Portrait Sessions & Senior/Engagements:

A $25 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due the day before your session.

Event & Wedding Coverage:

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event/wedding day. Payment plans are available upon request.

Your session date will not be held without a retainer. Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

4. Plan the Details

I’ll work with you to discuss location ideas, timelines, wardrobe suggestions, or any special requests. I want your experience to feel as personal and joyful as possible.

5. Session Day!

Show up ready to have fun and be yourself! I’ll gently guide you through poses while also capturing authentic, candid moments along the way.

6. Delivery

Your images will be carefully edited and delivered via an online gallery link for portraits, seniors and engagements. For Events and Weddings, your images will be delivered by USB. Turnaround time varies by session type, but I always prioritize quality, care, and attention to detail in every photo.
